ALeague: More Leadership Needed For Adelaide To Hold a Sturdy Defence.
After missing his club's latest competitive fixture, McGowan and his team-mates are going to be continuing their preparation for what they are calling the biggest fixture in the Reds upcoming calendar.

McGowan has highlighted the importance of leadership going into the next aleague fixture. He says that leadership is a thing that his aleague side Adelaide United have lacked through previous seasons. In spite of the McGowan remains fazed because he thinks that the length of the pre season will do his team the world of good.
For the Reds, there is no greater rivalry than the aleague team the Melbourne Victory said, McGowan.
He also said that not being able to play and watching your mates go out there and have a blast was incredibly difficult as he enjoys playing so much.
Now that the team is looking good and have a few players returning from injury things are looking up for the Reds.
When asked what fans can expect from the Reds when they meet the Melbourne Victory in round one of the aleague, he said that it would be a typically hostile and bruising encounter. He says that is will provide and exciting, pulsating match that should send plenty of fans flocking to the oval to enjoy a great game.
These aleague games are always bruising, exciting, pulsating encounters that are great for the fans to enjoy.
McGowan said, "If we play a couple of games at Adelaide Oval to fit in an extra 20,000 people then so be it. The boys are happy that and it helps us build the clubs reputation within South Australia."
He says that at the end of the day we are all members of the club.
He says that it should be a great first aleague fixture and encourages all to come along.
